HR Coordinator - 12 months

The Human Resources and Organizational Development Department at DIS is looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team in Copenhagen for a period of 12 months from December 1, 2025 to November 30, 2026. The main function of the HR team is to recruit, support and professionally develop our Employees at our three locations - Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Minneapolis. You will primarily assist the HR team with the day-to-day operations, and with the yearly HR cycle. 

You will be working in an enthusiastic environment together with dedicated staff who all have an emphasis on teamwork, good processes, and always have an eye for detail. The successful candidate will be able to provide support and service for our employees, as well as being able to manage a range of administrative tasks – with many deadlines.  

Main tasks & responsibilities 

  • Support planning and execution of various events 
  • Plan, coordinate, and provide logistical support to different wellbeing initiatives 
  • Manage HR database with contact updates, and contracts and create exports
  • Support with the maintenance and execution of our Onboarding Program 
  • Update our intranet and support the department with communication and proofreading  

Professional & personal competences 

We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about creating structure, loves administration, is empathetic and holds a high level of integrity. 

Ideally, you have:  

  • Experience from a relevant position  
  • Educational background within administration
  • The successful candidate should have the following professional and personal experience/skills: 
  • Fluency in written and oral English (working language) is an absolute must. 
  • Service-minded, flexible, and willing to go the “extra mile” 
  • Experience with event planning and/or customer service 
  • Excellent Office and IT administration skills
  • Loves people and enjoys making inter-personal connections and nurturing relationships
